Lectionary Readings

The lectionary is a series of readings which leads you through most of the Bible over a two or three year period. Our Common Lectionary goes over three years. We're in the first year of the three year cycle, known as Year A (A,B,C). A set of lectionary readings generally includes two readings from the Old Testament, one of which is a psalm, and two New Testament readings - from one of the epistles (letters) or other non-Gospel readings and from one of the Gospels.

Rev. Don generally follows the lectionary for Sunday preaching. He may choose another lesson from time to time. If he does, it will be included here to add to the reading list.
